Disclaimer: This story is a fictional account.
This is a short story about a little boy called Billy.
Billy is 13 year’s old, he gets bullied by his dad everyday.
It all started with Billy’s mum. Billy’s mum was blonde and tall. She was so nice to Billy. But Billy’s dad was not so nice.
He drank alot everyday. Billy was lying in bed at night and he could hear his dad shouting and his mum crying.
His dad sounded very angry, Billy was thinking. Billy started to get scarred.
Billy finally got to sleep. The next morning Billy’s mum got him up for school and he looked at his mum and she had a black eye and bruises up her arm.
Billy asked ‘ What happened’? and his mum told him she fell, Billy just said OK.
Dad was away to work. Mum took Billy to school. They got to school Billy’s mum kissed him and said ‘love you, see you later’. Billy said love you back.
Billy ran in to school, his mum walked home. When school was finished his mum was waiting outside for him, Billy ran up to her and hugged her.
They walked home, Billy’s dad was already home. He was drinking already.
Billy’s mum said to Billy to go for a bath. He started to run his bath and his dad shout again.
He was saying something about him going to work all day, to come home and his dinner isn’t ready.
Billy’s mum shouted back saying ‘she had to pick up Billy from school and do the shopping before that. He just started drinking more, never said anything after it. She put the dinner on and went and saw Billy in the bath.
Billy said ‘why is dad always shouting and angry’? She responded by saying it’s just he’s tired from being at work.
Dinner was ready, Billy was out of the bath. Billy sat at the table and his mum put down the dinner. Billy’s dad sat down and looked at the dinner and said to mum ‘ what’s that looks like dog food’ and flung the plate at mum. It hit her right in the face.
Billy started crying and ran to his bedroom. He could hear his mum crying and his dad calling his mum a ***** and other names. His mum started to scream and shouting ‘no don’t, please don’t hit me’.
Then Billy’s came running into Billy’s room and pulled the drawers in front of the door. His dad started to kick the door. He did that for a bit, then it went quiet.
They heard the front door slam shut. His mum moved the drawers and went out and checked. He was a way in the car drunk.
Billy’s mum shouted ‘ Billy out’, Billy came running to his mum ‘ asking are you ok mum?’ She said ‘yeah am ok son, eat your dinner’. Billy was a bit shaken up, she started to pick up the smashed plate and cleaning up. She was thinking ‘should I go before he kill’s me one of these times?’
Billy finished his dinner and his mum told him to pack some clothes and she packed some clothes and they went to his Nana’s house.
Billy’s mum told Nana what happened and she said you should go to the police.
But mum said she didn’t want him in jail. Nana said ‘ if that’s what he is doing it’s were he belongs’. Mum said ‘inside it is, but what will Billy think?’
The next morning Billy’s dad came to Nana’s house and said ‘sorry am going to stop drinking come home’.
So Billy and mum went home and took Billy to school. Billy’s dad went to work. It’s after school and Billy and mum went home to dad drinking again.
Billy just went straight to his room and shut the door. His dad started to shout, mum started to scream. He battered her, broke her arm and nose and her jaw. She phoned the police he got picked up and the next day he got sentenced to 15 month in jail. The End
This is why you should always report the abuse, don’t let them get away with it. They could kill you, you don’t know what some people can do.
