MageQuill takes steps into India
Back in March earlier this year, we took a small step into India by sponsoring the Smart India Hackathon at JSS Academy of Technical Education. As we love to do at MageQuill, we brought the fun factor up a notch by sponsoring customised t-shirts for the staff, volunteers, and the students; the t-shirts included answers to the question “why is a scottish cat in the Smart India Hackathon?” using wordplays on technological terms. All the faculty members, meanwhile, got t-shirts labelled “Chief Hacker”. They were a success amongst the attendees and all of them made for some lovely pictures!

Some of the participants answering our question!

The wonderful student-volunteers who helped with the logistics to ensure our brochures and t-shirts reached everyone.

Our ground representative, Publishing Developer Swara Shukla, also followed this up by inking long-term collaboration with the organising body, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), helping us invite 8 million students across 10,400 universities in India to participate in our ongoing Lore Competition on the MageQuill Creative Writing platform.
